Exchange Policy

At Mushtaq Sons, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

Exchange Guidelines

Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged either at our outlet or via courier by contacting our customer service. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Request Submission:
    • Submit your exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the item.
    • Requests can be made via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  2. Reason for Exchange:
    • Clearly state the reason(s) for the exchange in your request.
  3. Item Condition:
    • The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.
    • It must not emit odors, have perfume scents, or show signs of being used or washed.
  4. Invoice Requirement:
    • Include the original invoice with the item being returned.

Note:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Regular-priced items that later go on sale will be exchanged at the sale price.

International Orders:

  • This exchange policy does not apply to orders shipped outside Pakistan.

Mushtaq Sons reserves the right to accept or deny exchange requests at its sole discretion.

Damages & Claims

We accept exchanges for damaged or defective items in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Shipment of the wrong size or incorrect item.

To file a claim:

  • Raise a complaint within 2 working days of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide the paper invoice via call, message, or email.
  • Allow up to 1 week for the processing of claims.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be exchanged via courier.
  • We have a strict NO refund policy. Cashback is not available.
