Exchange Policy
At Mushtaq Sons, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
Exchange Guidelines
Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged either at our outlet or via courier by contacting our customer service. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Request Submission:
- Submit your exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the item.
- Requests can be made via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Reason for Exchange:
- Clearly state the reason(s) for the exchange in your request.

Item Condition:
- The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.
- It must not emit odors, have perfume scents, or show signs of being used or washed.

Invoice Requirement:
- Include the original invoice with the item being returned.
Note:
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Regular-priced items that later go on sale will be exchanged at the sale price.
International Orders:
- This exchange policy does not apply to orders shipped outside Pakistan.
Mushtaq Sons reserves the right to accept or deny exchange requests at its sole discretion.
Damages & Claims
We accept exchanges for damaged or defective items in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Shipment of the wrong size or incorrect item.
To file a claim:
- Raise a complaint within 2 working days of receiving the parcel.
- Provide the paper invoice via call, message, or email.
- Allow up to 1 week for the processing of claims.
Important Notes:
- Items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be exchanged via courier.
- We have a strict NO refund policy. Cashback is not available.
